Shipping Policy

Please note that all orders require a warehouse processing time of 4–7 business days before being shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Important: We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been handed over to the third-party shipping carrier. Any delays caused by the carrier (including weather, transit issues, or other unforeseen circumstances) are unfortunately out of our control.

Shipping cost is based on weight and will be calculated at check out.

Free Shipping Option will be shipped at the lowest cost available, unless requested by the customer. Insurance will be added to Orders over $100, you may also request insurance on any order please leave request in notes.

IN STORE PICK UP is for local use only, we are located at 105 East Main Street in Fairfield, IL 62837. If you chose IN STORE PICK UP by accident and are not picking up you will be invoiced separately for shipping, once invoice is paid for your items will be shipped out.
